Advertising on our websites:

We offer various possibilities. 

1 - A 1 year listing on our site with a maximum of 20 photographs. You will have to define the details yourself, supply the pictures and arrange for the viewing of the house. Also you will deal with the sale, without our help.
Of course we will inform you about clients, send the mails to you and from time to time we will give you an overview of how often your house has been viewed by potential clients. This is a fixed price even if you sell your house sooner.

2- Same as above but with Featured Listing so your object circulates on our homepage, which of course is more appealing. 

3- We take care of the complete selling of your house, viewing with clients, appointments with notary etc. We deal with what ever has to be dealt with.
For this we need to peruse the Cadernetas and Teor de Registo Predial, we also need a copy of your residential permit. Your object should be registered completely or be so by the time it’s sold. 

This last option is only available for properties in the Alentejo region.
